Processing Time

It takes us 1-5 business days to process your order for non-custom items. Our normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Efficient Packaging

Your order will be well-protected during transit with sufficient padding and protection.

We do our best reduce waste and recycle shipping materials. Reusing what we can in our packaging.

And if for some reason your package goes missing, please contact us. We will do our best to track it down as our products are shipped with tracking. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Delivery time varies depending on the season. We ship most items with tracking and insurance.
